NORDIA counsel to BizOne’s shareholders in the sale to Norrin

BizOne AB, a Swedish data and analytics specialist, has partnered with Norrin Oy, one of Finland’s fastest-growing IT companies.

This strategic deal gives BizOne access to advanced AI capabilities, a broader service portfolio, and the scale to compete with leading players. For Norrin, it marks an important step into the Swedish market and strengthens its Nordic expansion. The combined group will have around 210 IT specialists and is projected to reach pro forma revenues of €26 million by 2025. BizOne’s analytics expertise and Norrin’s AI-driven solutions create a powerful platform for digital transformation, with shared ambitions to move beyond traditional IT consulting toward integrated business development.
