Mergers & Acquisitions

NORDIA Law has solid experience in M&A. We specialize in small and medium-sized Nordic and international companies and provide our clients with a personal partner-led service through the entire process.

We assist in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales of companies, whether share or asset deals, from the initial planning to the final agreement. Our advice covers structural and strategic issues related to the transactions and/or investments, NDA’s, Letter of Intent, legal due diligence, negotiations, contract drafting, and completion and implementation of the transaction. When needed, lawyers from our other practice groups, such as intellectual property, employment, or competition, are consulted to assist on all other specific issues which may arise in relation to the transaction or investment.

NORDIA Law’s strong representation in the Nordic countries gives our clients a unique access to a seamless service in the Nordics and beyond.
