NORDIA Law advised PlusTerveys Ltd in the sale of its subsidiary PlusTerveys Kvalident Ltd.
PlusTerveys is one of the largest providers of private healthcare services in Finland. PlusTerveys is a 100 % Finnish company owned by its employees, which employs in total over 1000 professionals in more than 100 locations.
After the transaction, the PlusTerveys Group will comprise PlusTerveys Dentists Ltd and PlusTerveys Dental Clinics Ltd which provide dental care, and PlusTerveys Doctors Ltd, which provides medical, physiotherapy and psychotherapy services.
