Case: sale of HELBUS
We assisted the owner of HELBUS Helsinki School of Business in the sale of the business school to the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce.
HELBUS (Helsinki School of Business Ab) is a private business school located in Helsinki, which started its operations in 2012. The school offers both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree programme in business and management with degrees awarded by the University of Northampton.
With the acquisition, HELBUS became a subsidiary of the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce.
