We acted as legal advisor to Basemark Oy in a financing round organized by Springvest Oyj, in which Basemark raised approximately €7 million.
Basemark is an AR software company that has achieved market leadership in the automotive industry and is expanding into the defense industry with the help of the funding it has raised.
