We acted as legal advisors to the owners of Finnlacto Oy in a transaction where 100% of the shares were sold to an industrial buyer.

Finnlacto Oy (Ltd.) is a Finnish company established in 1987 that markets supplies and equipment for dairy farm production, feed storage, and calf and cattle farming.
