We acted as mcare’s legal advisor in the acquisition of the mobile business of Nordic EASC AB, which is the leading Samsung repair company in Sweden.
mcare is one of the Nordics’ largest repair and service companies, focusing on after-sales and lifecycle services for resellers, telcos, retailers, and B2B customers. mcare also offers device repair and buy-back services to consumers.
