Negotiation of a contract to co-develop and co-publish the game

We acted as legal advisor to Remedy Entertainment Plc in contract negotiations for the co-development and co-release of the sequel to the game Control.

Remedy Entertainment has signed an agreement with 505 Games. Under the terms of the agreement, Remedy and 505 Games will jointly develop and publish Control 2, the sequel to Remedy’s award-winning Control game.

Remedy is an internationally successful video game company known for its storytelling and visually stunning action games such as Control, Alan Wake and Max Payne. 505 Games is an international publisher of video games and a subsidiary of Digital Bros Group.
