We acted as a legal advisor to the shareholders of Suvanto Trucks Oy on the sale of the entire share capital of the company to Wetteri Oyj.
Suvanto Trucks Oy is a Finnish company established in 2008, offering a comprehensive service in the sale of heavy vehicle and accessories. Suvanto Trucks is one of the largest sellers of used trucks in Finland and is also a dealer of DAF and Sisu trucks. The buyer in the transaction is Wetteri Oyj, which will acquire the entire share capital of Suvanto Trucks.
