Case: sale of SRK Group Oy
We acted as a legal advisor to the sellers on the sale of the shares in SRK Group Oy to Terveystalo.
SRK Group Oy includes in addition to the parent company operative companies Suomen Radiologikeskus Oy, iRad Oy and Kajaanin Radiologikeskus Oy, which provide staffing services, teleradiology, breast cancer screening, and physics services to both the public and private sectors. The SRK Group employs 62 employees and 45 private practitioners, and its pro forma revenue in 2023 was approximately EUR 7 million.
Terveystalo is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange and is the largest private healthcare service provider in Finland.
