NORDIA has successfully represented Concent Holding AB against former Board of Directors and auditor

NORDIA has represented Concent Holding AB against the company’s former Board of Directors and auditor in proceedings before the Stockholm District Court. The Court has granted the action and ordered the former Board of Directors and the auditor jointly and severally to pay an amount of approximately SEK 150 million including interest.

The proceedings were initiated in 2018. The main hearing lasted for 9 weeks in the fall of 2023 and the judgment was rendered on 15 March 2024. NORDIA’s team consisted of Partners Joachim Bernström and Olle Kullinger, and Associate Sara Nordekvist.
